Abstract
An interesting case of thecofibroma of ovary is presented for its rarity.Thecofibroma - one of the sex cord stromal tumour,it is difficult to differentiate it from other malignant ovarian tumours unless proved by histopathological examination. In Emil Novak Tumour Registry only 477 granulosa and Theca cell tumours were reported , 15 are reclassified after histological review.
