Follicular Thyroid Carcinoma metastases to bone in about 10 to 40 per cent of patients with skull metastasis accounting for 2.5 to 5.8 per cent of bone metastases. We report here a case of follicular carcinoma thyroid, who presented to our unit with a thyroid swelling 2 years before and diagnosed to be suspicious of follicular neoplasm, for which she undergone Total thyroidectomy after a complete evaluation and sent to radioiodine ablation therapy to higher centre now presenting with a multiple scalp swelling. Neuroimaging with CT Brain showed multiple osteolytic cranial lesion, which was proved to be metastases from well differentiated follicular thyroid carcinoma
