Abstract
The features of morphological studies of the endocrine testes’ apparatus of rats, the ways of occurrence and prevention of artifacts in the histological studies are examined in this work. Based on our own research and data from the research literature, the phenomenon of spermatogenesis inhibition activating the Leydig cells on the background of adverse factors was described. Activation of the endocrine system can be explained by participation of the Leydig cells in the protective compensatory-adaptive reactions of the body reacting to stress.
