Abstract
The article presents the issues related to the need for the development of its incentive schemes for various companies. It is determined that the number of values of performance indicators in each incentive scheme should not exceed five. The approximate plan of development of motivational schemes of the company and the list of participants of the motivational scheme. Note that an important factor of successful functioning of enterprises incentive schemes, besides the quality of the system itself, is the same and the process of implemen- tation of performance indicators. The introduction of incentive schemes will allow staff to better understand the limits of their powers and duties, gradually get used to the new evaluation criteria of their work
