ACCOUNTING AUTHORIZATION OF EXPENDITURE OF BUDGET ORGANIZATIONS

Authorization of expenditures is an important element of the procedure of budget execution by state institutions, carried out with the purpose of increasing the level of control by the relevant managers of Finance and Federal Treasury bodies for targeted and effective use of limits of budgetary obligations.
