Abstract
Network Traffic monitoring describes the use of a system that constantly monitors a computer network for slow or failing components and that notifies the network administrator in case of outages. Network traffic measurement is the process of measuring the amount and type of traffic on a particular network. This is especially important with regard to effective bandwidth management. Network traffic is monitoring and analysis in order to maintain the network system stability and availability such as to fix network problems on time or to avoid network failure, to ensure the network security strength, and to make good decisions for network planning. The monitoring, detecting and analysis of this traffic may be against the goal of maintaining privacy of individuals whose network communications are being monitored. The network traffic monitoring can identify performance of the static and dynamic IP address.
