Abstract

Communication is one of the most important conditions of personalities union for mutual activities, including training and education. The education sector is an important segment of society functioning because its aim is to provide a preparation of a human to life. Vocational and pedagogical communication is a system of direct or indirect connections, teacher interactions that are realized through verbal and nonverbal means, means of computer communication for information exchange, modeling and control of communication process, regulation of pedagogical relations. The leading subject of vocational and pedagogical communication is a teacher, professional and communicative activity of whom has to be focused on the formation of harmonically developed personality. The teacher has to be a highly educated person, who is capable of consciously planning and organizing own communicative activity, have an effect on the partner, perceive, analyze, evaluate information and emotional and intellectual meaning of expressions. A teacher joins the formations of that integral area where the major determining role belongs to the standard literary language. At the beginning of the XXI century communication is in the focus of many researchers of various directions and schools. The research examined the communication as one of the most important conditions of personalities union for mutual activities, including training and education, particularly it is given the vocational and pedagogical communication. In the aspect of the research it is defined the terminology concepts like «discourse» and «communicative situation» to study the quality of communication in the education sector. It was used a sociolingual research method, like direct observation to collect the source material, examples of verbal communication of students in institutional communication situations. It is attracted and analyzed the materials of direct observation of students socialization in communicative situations outside the classroom in the institution.
