Abstract
The article presents comparative characteristics of activities of corporate investment funds (CIF) and public joint stock companies (PJSC) as corporate enterprises. The peculiarities of their creation and management, securities issuance, listing procedure, category of issued shares, terms of placement and circulation of securities, the payment of dividends. Special attention is paid to issues of termination of activities of such corporate entities, the sequence of payments of liquidation thereof.
