Abstract
Identified key milestones in the development of patronage in Ukrainian lands and analyzed the role of single patron's personality, whom was Е. Dashkоvich as a local government official and as a nobleman. In his actions this praepostor of Cherkassy skillfully used benefits from king for strengthen his position and further progress up the career ladder. In this article described the evolution law of the relationship between secular and ecclesiastical elites, and determined new forms of patronage's offertories, which was supported by the highest patrons of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. About this idea confirms numerous follow applying of such innovations by another secular and ecclesiastical patrons, who in conditions the territory of Great Frontier deliberately change some tradition forms of patronage.
