Abstract
In the article we detail of the lonq and painful constraction of the second Kodak fortress on located the new side east of the fort Tea de Marion. For the first time in Ukrainian history it has been established, that life in the first Kodak would continue after destruction by rebels of the German garrison, and I. M. Sulima's extradition to the registers in December 1635. Approcsimetly one half of the Kodak's fortress was destroyed, shortly after conguers garrison arrived and wire housed during construction of the new fortress. We have proved that in spite of popular historical thought that fortification's constraction did not stop during the Cossaks Cebellion in 1637–1638. It has been established that work of the constraction of the second Kodak was started in 1638 o-1639, this was established by modern rewiev of historical records from the early spring of 1636.
