Abstract
Article propoused real estate zoning plans based on market values. The technique of formation of economic-planning zones of the city territories, according to their value determined on the basis of the analysis of the market value of the property and data on the percentage of the market value of land of the property value. The method can be used to determine the value of real estate for taxation purposes.
