Certain provisions of the Methodological recommendations on the development of the Program for the restoration and modernization of the coal industry, which were presented at the meeting of the Academic Council of the Institute of the Economy of Industry

The current state of the coal industry of Ukraine has been analysed. The bulk of the Donbass mines have ceased their operations as a result of hostilities. In the future the rebuilding of the destroyed and damaged mines will be the first priority. Therefore, the necessary measures have been designed to help solve the problems of rehabilitation and modernization of the coal industry.
