Forsight as forming of national environment of innovative strategic development

Presently large attention is spared to such terms, as development and strategy. They are thus used not only at the level of enterprises but also at the level of the states, integration groupments. However, in spite of seeming simplicity and exactness of determinations of these concepts, there are considerable complications with interpretation and estimation of results of the use of strategy and development of enterprises. On the other hand, classic concept of strategy, as a vault of certain tasks, goals on a long-term period does not have a corresponding instruments on her construction and realization.
