Concept of public-private partnerships: assessing foreign and domestic definitions

The experience of the world science approaches to the definition of the concept of "public-private partnership" are systematized and summarized. Based on the evaluation of foreign and domestic definitions identified the specifics of the partnership of government and business and fleshed out the main features of the PPP.
