Abstract
Based on the economic analysis of the business activities of the main steel companies in the country, was built a simulation model, and suggests intangible parameters (coefficient of descriptiveness, the coefficient of integration, kinetic energy) evaluating the performance of the logistics system. The agent-based had built for study these indicators in dynamics, which takes into account the dependence of the investigated parameters on the change of input parameters, and the employment of employees of the enterprise.
