Abstract
The paper presents an analysis of obstetric services in the Ryazan region, which allows us to offer and introduce measures of medical, social and legal measures aimed at preserving and strengthening the reproductive health and promotesing the successful implementation of the state policy in the field of maternal and child health at the regional level.
