Abstract
It was substantiated the psychological basis of development of creative potential and professional creative abilities of future social workers and as a conclusion - was singled out its professional-creative competences of specialist who is able to creative commitment in professional activity. Analyzed an interconnection of special competences of future specialists in social work and programmable results of their studies in higher educational institution. Highlighted special (professional) competences that are aimed at creative realization of professional tasks by social workers. Were considered programmed learning results, at the achievement of which should be directed educational activity, connected with the preparation of social workers. Determined that into the system of professional competences of social workers is appropriate to include professional-creative competences that will give an opportunity not only to implement innovative-productive methods, means and forms of development professional creativity of future social workers, but also the formation in them the ability for creative realization of tasks of profession activity.
