The problem of the doctor and patient communication remains one of the most relevant in the modern world. This is due to the incompleteness of training of medical staff. It is expressed in the inability to establish a physician empathic communication with the patient, as well as not enough professional development of professional consciousness, weak awareness of the need for the successful implementation of professional work skills and their selfesteem.
