Abstract
Occupation in modern society determines the status of a person, because of how people use their personal and professional skills to the success in one or another sphere of activity and self-realization him as a specialist. In this regard, to the fore the psychological characteristics of the individual, which are an integral part of an employee seeking to develop within their profession. For us it is important and interesting to understand how they play in the process of impact on the man as a subject of activity. All this is necessary to find out by analyzing the information available on this issue in view of the materials contained in various sources. In this regard, the aim of the study was to determine the effect of the psychological characteristics of the individual in her professional development.
