Abstract
In this article are discussed the current state of ideas about personality disorders. The article presents different views on the problem of personal pathology. The possibilities of psycho - and pharmacotherapy are stressed. The authors emphasize the necessity of studying personality disorders in prisoners, in particular in the direction of psychodynamics.
