Abstract
Objective. The aim of the research is to evaluate antimicrobial efficiency of the developed method of fluoroplastic-4 surface modification, which was carried out by using drugs of photolon and calcium chloride. Material and methods. Microbiological examination of samples of synthetic materials was carried out with the use of antibiotic-resistant strains of E. coli and S. aureus. Conclusions. An antibacterial effect towards gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria of this method associated with the development of the effect of bacterial lethal photosensitivity was determined.
