Abstract

The article focuses on the analysis of an acmeological approach to continuous professional training of physical education specialists. The peculiarities of development of educational environment of higher education establishments are characterized. The parameters for the evaluation of the educational environment potential as well as its components are defined. A model of pedagogical interactive system in Hrinchenko University educational space is given. The SWOT-analysis results of the strong and weak points of activities in the educational environment of the department of physical culture and sports (as key department for physical education) are presented.
