Abstract
The analysis of the influence of carbon on the excess phases of Ti, Nb and Al carbides and nitrides precipitation in micro alloyed steel at different temperatures of isothermal aging is carried out. Dependences of composition and mass change for carbonitride phases and also of remnant in solid solution concentration of the elements that are forming them from concentration of carbon in steel are built.
