Abstract
Examination and development results of non-destructive quantitative rating method to estimate intermetallic phases in ferritic/austenitic steel tube microstructures based on application of magnetic and calculation methods as well as obtained empirical dependences were provided. The method is intended to ensure operating control of mother and finished metal products particularly tubes and pipes aiming to improve their quality and operating reliability.
