Abstract
Aggressive Giant Cell Tumour (GCT) in juxta-articular portion of the proximal humerus isdifficult to treat. We are presenting a case of aggressive giant cell tumour in proximal humerus oftwenty two yrs female its management with en-bloc resection of the tumour and reconstruction ofproximal humerus with autologous avascular fibular graft clinical, radiological functional outcome afterreconstruction.
