Abstract : Palmaris longus is one of the most variable muscles in the human body. Being one of themost utilised donor site for tendon reconstruction procedures, every reconstructive surgeon should beaware of it. Frequently the muscle may be absent or it may be duplicated , digastric, reversed, entirelymuscular or tendinous.
