Abstract
The present work aims on study of nano coatings and its analysis on HSS (tool bit) by using electroplating deposition technique. In this method Multi wall Carbon nano tube (MWCNT) nano particulates are deposited on High Speed Steel tool bit to find out th e enhancement and effectiveness of the coatings. Uncoated and coated tool bits are compared by considering various machining parameters. Various other operations such as surface roughness and tool wear were performed during the process.
