Abstract
The research results of psychoemotional sphere of younger schoolchildren who are fond of watching foreign cartoons. 47 primary school students in the budgetary General education institution «Tevrizsky secondary school No. 1, located at (Omsk oblast, an urban-type settlement Tevriz, Pavlika Morozova Street 7a.), attended it It is shown that if younger students mostly prefer foreign animated films and cartoons, not animation domestic production, their psycho – emotional sphere is unstable, compared to those children who watch cartoons domestic production. Thus, our hypothesis was confirmed. Thus, one means of development of moral education in primary school are the cartoons that form the moral sense and moral behavior, also contributes to the development of many higher mental processes: thinking, perception, imagination, memory.
