Abstract
Leadership is an integral component of the success of any organization or country. The two largest countries; China and India were the focus of this study. In order to help firms and their respective countries, university students preparing to enter the workforce need to develop their leadership skills. This study sought to ascertain their leadership style via the Bolman and Deal Four Frame Model. An analysis of the leadership style and frames by country was conducted. Statistically significant differences were revealed.
