Abstract
Abdominal aortic aneurysm is the most common localisation of all aneurysms of the vascular system of a human. The improvement and introduction of modern methods of diagnostics allow to diagnose the aneurysm in the early stages of its development. The actual problem in vascular surgery the development of complications in the postoperative period. A large number of them due to the presence of comorbidities, advanced age of patients, and other technical problems that are solved in the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms. The main causes are surgical errors (technical errors in completing the anastomosis, the excess or the tension of the shunt, its torsion) and failure of the distal bed. To concomitant – disorders of blood coagulation and general hemodynamic infractions .
