Abstract
We prove the following statement. Let $X$ be a topological space, $Y$ a topological $T_1$ first-countable space, $Z$ a metrizable locally compact $sigma$-compact space and $Fcolon Xtimes Y to Z$ a close-valued separately continuous mapping. Then the set $C_y(F)$ is residual in $X$ for each $y in Y$.
