GAMBARAN ALTRUISME ANGGOTA KOMUNITAS 1000 GURU KALIMANTAN SELATAN

ABSTRAK (ID). Altruisme adalah tindakan suka rela yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang untuk menolong orang lain tanpa mengharapkan imbalan apapun (kecuali perasaan telah melakukan kebaikan). Peneliti memilih subjek seorang laki-laki yang berusia 23 tahun status belum menikah dan sudah bekerja, aktif di Komunitas 1000 Guru Kalimantan Selatan dan komunitas kerelawanan lainnya. Peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana gambaran altruisme pada diri subjek yang merupakan anggota Komunitas 1000 Guru Kalimantan Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti gunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian yaitu wawancara semi terstruktur dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi tak berstruktur. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu adanya gambaran altruisme pada diri subjek memenuhi ke lima aspek yaitu terdapatnya aspek empati, tanggung jawab sosial, meyakini keadilan dunia, kontrol diri internal dan ego yang rendah pada diri subjek yang dipengaruhi oleh lima faktor yang tergambar pada diri subjek, yaitu faktor suasana hati, empati, meyakini keadilan dunia, faktor sosiobiologis, dan faktor situasional.------ ABSTRACK (EN). Altruisme is a voluntary act performed by a person or group of people to help others without expecting anything in return (except the feeling of having to do good). Researchers chose the subject of a man who was 23 years old and unmarried status is already working, active in the Community of 1000 Teachers South Kalimantan and other volunteer community. Researchers want to know how the image of altruism in the subject who is a member of the Community of 1000 Teachers South Kalimantan. This type of research is the study researchers use qualitative research method that is semi-structured interviews with in-depth interview and unstructured observation. The results obtained by the picture of altruisme in the subject it meets all five aspects, namely the presence of aspects of empathy, social responsibility, believes world justice, self-control internal and ego that is low on the subject that is affected by five factors that depicted the subject, namely factor mood, empathy, fairness believe world, sociobiological factors, and situational factors.
