Abstract
When creating a new product, enterprise or service, marketing activities help determine the risks and threats that are possible when operating in the market of goods and services. It is also possible to determine the attitude to a new product or service, in this case to the restaurant "TALE". The presentation of clear goals and their timely adjustment will enable the company to ensure the success of its activities. Surveys and questionnaires are the most common form of quantitative research. Polls can be conducted in different ways: by phone, on the Internet and of course in the restaurant itself. Sometimes the technique involves the presence of the interviewer, but sometimes the technique allows the respondent to answer questions in the survey himself. The accuracy of the questionnaire depends on the success of the survey.
