СИСТЕМА СОЦІАЛЬНОГО УСТРОЮ ДАВНЬОЇ ІНДІЇ ЯК МОДЕЛЬ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇСОЦІАЛЬНОЇ СПРАВЕДЛИВОСТІ

Objective. To analyze and highlight the structural elements of the philosophical systems of ancient India – «varnasrama-Dharm». To achieve this goal, we set ourselves the need to solve the following tasks: 1) identify components of ethical-religious system of ancient India; 2) to explore their relationship with the principles of social order which ob-serves the principle of justice. Methods. In the research were used both general scientific methods and special methods of research. The dialectical method allowed us to equate individual welfare with the public and to see the possibility of happiness in accordance with your duty to the family, society and nature. The method of analysis was used to study the content of the notion «justice» and es-sential elements of the ideological concept of the Vedic period of India. The historical-comparative method gave the opportunity to trace the transformation of ideas of just social order, beginning from the earliest times to the present day, and find out the characteristic features according to the time of their justification. A systematic method helps to identify the Indian system of «varnasrama-Dharma» as an organic component of the fundamental ideological system of knowledge about the world. Results. The system of «varṇāśrama-Dharma» is a reliable mechanism of ideal structure of the social organism, which is the first system in human history, built on the principles of equality and the common good, where everyone deserves to be happy. Re-garding the origins of the idea of a just social order, the Vedic system provides under-standing of a harmonious society «Golden age», which was later transformed into the theory of building a just society of equality.
