ПОЛІТИЧНА КРЕАТИВНІСТЬ ЯК ОДИН З АСПЕКТІВ САМОРЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ОСОБИСТОСТІ

Objectives. The present article is aimed to study the concept of political creativity, its main-streams, characteristics and manifestations in the modern globalized informational world in terms of up-to-date personality formation. Methods. Philosophical and methodological analysis of the main forms of political creativity development in the context of social creativity and up-to-date personality formation under the con-ditions of modern world permanent dynamics is carried out. Characteristics and mainstreams of political creativity realization in different countries and in Ukraine are highlighted. Scientific results. Constructive politological analysis of the main directions of political creativ-ity development, the requirements of its active formation and usage in the process of personal fulfil-ment under the new historical conditions are stated. Globalized reality of modern times makes other political demands on everybody in contrast with those by which the last decade of the twentieth cen-tury was marked. Modern person, in order to have time to take and hold a worthy place in society, in addition to deep knowledge, hard work, self-confidence, also should have originality and independ-ence of thought and action, mobility, be opened to any dialogue, be ready to gain new experience,professional, social and political creativity. Of all others, creativity, that was earlier considered as a privilege only of art professions, obtains particular practical importance in every sphere of human interaction: in the production process, in business, in government, in education, in other areas of so-cial life, economics, politics and culture. As practice of the economically developed countries shows, a person possessing a sufficiently high level of creativity, in any circumstances, including, most sig-nificantly, the suddenly emerging crisis situations, more quickly and more effectively responds to his/her needs and public needs, joins the learning of new political realias, the creation of totally in-novative technologies of modern existence and the products of their usage. Scientific originality. It is proved that in rapid changes in political fields that capture the dominant of the state and society development as a whole, new political constructs are appearing and consolidating, international markets of labor and capital are expanding and intellectualizing. At the same time, thanks to the information technology extending, the various centres of new cul-ture are appearing; gradually, but steadily, political platforms of various political parties and movements are becoming more democratic; unique, previously unknown in social practice social - psychological postinformational models of human personality formation are implementing. It is stated that creative thinking expressions can have different effects, such as new parties getting into parliament, through their political creativity, have both positive and negative aspects, depending of the programme goals and ways to implement them. Practical value. The practical significance of the article lies in the evidence recognition that the political creativity is necessary and crucial in the modern personality formation. A citizen of the modern developing state (as it is Ukraine), except the creative professional training in the sense of innovation, requires a creative approach on a personal level for the adoption and implementation of socially and politically significant decisions, including the unusual situations. Certain political direc-tions and means to implement them in politics through the use of various aspects of the creativity per-son's manifestation in the contemporary political life of countries across the world are given.
