COMPARATIVE STUDY OF ESSENTIAL OILS OF ARTEMISIA GMELINII FLORA OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN AND ARTEMISIA ABSINTHIUM OF FLORA OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The work presents comparative results of the study by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry of the essential oils of the aerial parts of two kinds of Artemisia - A. gmelinii Weber ex Stechm of Kazakhstan flora and A. absinthium L. of Ukraine flora. Essential oil output was 1.76% for Kazakhstan species of wormwood and 0.13% for the officinal species, harvested in Ukraine. Study of the component composition of essential oils A. gmelinii and A. absinthium allowed establishing connections of 36 and 23 respectively. The main terpenes in essential oil A. gmelinii are linalool (130.8 mg / kg), geranilvalerat (109.4 mg / kg), caryophyllene (71.8 mg / kg).
