TRANSFORMATION THE VALUE OF AL-ISLAH IN THE DIVERSITY OF CONFLICT: EPISTEMOLOGY ISLAMIC LAW IN THE AL-QUR’AN

This essay attemps to reveal the transformation al-islah in diversity of conflict by analyzing the epistemology of Islamic law perspective the Qur'an, using the theological normative, yuridical and sociological approach. Islamic law is promoting the value of al-islah by prohibiting despicable actions, maintain peace and harmony in the society and nation as set out in the Qur'an. Al-Islah is to eliminate every conflicts in damaged relationship. Justice in al-islah is very important transformed in the lives of rule by putting Islamic law as commander in resolving every conflict to realize the order, the rule of law and justice.
