SELECTION OF THE INTEGRAL INDEX FOR PEER REVIEW OF INNOVATIVE SOFTWARE PROJECTS’ QUALITY

In this paper, it was found out that the introduction of information systems, technologies and innovative software projects in the management of production activities of the various organizations and enterprises first of all needs careful attention to the quality of their development. For the assessment of information products' quality mentioned above we can use various expert systems, using as the final value the calculated values of the integral index of peer review of quality. This article presents several possible representations of the integral index of quality peer review and the formulas for the determination of its estimated value, the choice of which depends on the presence of constraints imposed on the group aggregated quality indicators in accordance with the requirements of users and the development of these information products customers.
