SOME ASPECTS OF STUDYING THE HISTORY OF JUDICIAL LEGAL SYSTEM IN UZBEKISTAN AND ABROAD (THE END OF THE XX AND THE BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURIES)

The article deals with the issues of judicial legal system in the end of the XX and the beginning of the XXI centuries from the historiographical point of view and investigations. The works of authors who partly highlighted the issues about activities of judges-kaziy and judges-biy of Uzbekistan, Turkestan and Amu-darya region were broadly analysed. The investigations of scientists of CIS and foreign states dedicated to the activity of judicial-legal system as a whole were also studied
