Abstract
This article deals with time as a form, a way of existence of law and legal culture. Legal time is connected with some event which is related to an individual's aspiration to self-determination. In this respect particular emphasis is placed on unleashing the creative potential of the legal time inside which traces of circular time "sediments" are preserved, but nevertheless linear legal time reproduces spirituality which remains a certain cultural constant, an ideal foundation for a personality and its legal, social time.
