Abstract
The paper evaluated the modern methods of recruitment in Ukraine and abroad, outlined the general scheme of action for staff selection, recruitment defined parameters. Systematized advantages of such methods of selection of candidates, testing, recruiting, automated information systems, economic and mathematical modeling. Proved that solve staffing problems possibly due to using their own forces through competent human resources, organization and use of modern methods of recruitment.
