The value of principles of criminal proceedings to ensure the privacy of citizens

The article is based on a test of the theory of knowledge analyzed some provisions of human rights and freedoms. We consider the ratio of these principles reveals a procedural order of limitations in criminal proceedings during the preliminary investigation. Generally speaking, all principles of criminal proceedings closely interrelated and is the only system aimed at achieving the objectives of the criminal proceedings specified in Code of Ukraine.
