Abstract
In the article, the clinical case of treatment and rehabilitation of the patient with accessory tooth in the area of upper-jaw incisor is considered. This case is rather interesting, as 5 years after accessory tooth had been deleted and treatment had been carried out, four immature accessory teeth appeared – two on the upper jaw and two on the lower one. Complex treatment of the patient was carried out; apart from removal of accessory tooth in the area of upper-jaw incisor, the upper-jaw newgrowth on the left from tooth 26 was removed. A year since surgery the patient has been receiving orthodontic care for two years.
