PRIORITY ASPECTS FOR SITING OF LABOUR FORCES IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

The lack of complex strategy providing simultaneous, coherent and harmonious development of all branches and spheres as well as regions of the country in the first years of establishment of the Republic of Kazakhstan has led to the negative processes and phenomena, caused by economic diversity and, as a consequence, to disproportion regarding socioeconomic and territorial aspects. The existence of such disproportion is proved by some socioeconomic and demographic indices. The main aim of this article is revealing the priority aspects for siting of labour forces in the country.
