ON THE ISSUE OF DEBT LOAD OF RURAL POPULATION OF THE REGION

This article deals with the issue of debt load of rural population of the Republic of Buryatia. The debt load reasons are revealed, at the same time the special attention is paid to the one of the main issues – to the living standards of rural population. The analysis of debt load level of the population in the Republic of Buryatia in the context of municipal settlements is carried out. Authors investigated problems of rural population, sharpening of social strain in the region. It was revealed that there is the need of the complex measures promoting the solution of an important social problem in rural regions – antipoverty programs as the main factor, which has negative influence on growth of debt load level of rural population.
