Abstract

The impact of parodontopathogenic microflora on the paradentium tissue leads to abient and adaptive response of local and general character with involvement of these or those structural components of immune system. We determined the types of adaptive responses and integrated leukocytic indices in the peripheral blood at 25 patients with chronic generalized moderate periodontitis. In oral liquid we determined the content of the secretory immunoglobulin A. It is established that in 36 % of cases at patients with periodontitis the reactions of high arousal and acute stress response are revealed, and in 4% the adaptation breakdown – stress – is noted. The research of integrated leukocytic indices has revealed the prevalence of macrophagal monocytic reactions at 92 % of patients and delayed hyperresponsiveness in 68% of cases. At 100 % of patients with periodontitis the decrease in concentration of secretory immunoglobulin A in oral liquid was noted that testified to the defect of the main protection system in an oral cavity.
