Abstract
In this article the issues of essence of grammatical form are considered, the analysis of scientific researches on this issue is given. The points of view on essence of grammatical form are given. Specific features of particular and general grammatical form are also considered. Character and the nature of the general grammatical form based on the Turkic languages are studied.
