FROM SAFETY CULTURE TO NATIONAL IDEA

In this article the issue of formation of national security culture and introduction of the national idea in the society is considered. The positive experience of formation of the nuclear safety culture in nuclear industry in Russian Federation which is one of elements of national security culture is shown. The Russia's National Security Strategy (Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, December 31, 2015 N 683) is considered and the conclusion is drawn that effective functioning of system of ensuring national security is possible as a result of creation of the corresponding national security culture integrated into the general national culture of the country.
