Abstract
In this article the assessment results of alfa and beta diversity of Natural vegetation of Northeastern coast in Caspian Sea region are presented. Species wealth, phytobiota structure are the main indicators of the state of medium and the degree of anthropogenic disturbance and pollution. As the result of research the data on flora, composition and structure of vegetation are obtained. According to the results of monitoring studies on ecological platforms, the dynamics of flora and vegetation is detected, the modern state of anthropogenically disturbed ecosystems is evaluated. The data of monitoring studies have become the basic ones for development of the recommendations on flora and vegetation monitoring
