Factors of Labour Potential Management System Effectiveness

The paper highlights the nature of the labor potential system taking into account the influence of both internal and internal environment factors within the social and economic security of a company and the state as a whole. In particular, the system of indicators of socio-economic security has been defined. Internal and external factors affecting the effectiveness of the labour potential system of labor have been exposed. The factors influencing the labor potential have been researched, the relationship between them has been established and an attempt to classify them has been made. Given the specifics of the labor market, and the potential of the company as a whole, the author classifies these factors according to their impact on working efficiency growth and divides them into following groups: technical, technological, organizational, economic and social. The impact of each group of factors on efficiency indicators is not equal and depends on the object. Thus, the growth of production is largely influenced by technical and technological factors whereas the personnel management effectiveness is within the worker's competence their motivation.
